Alanna Jakovljevic

Alanna Jakovljevic graduated from McMaster University in 2020 with her Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy. Prior to this, she completed her Honour’s Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and minor in Psychology at McMaster University. Since graduating, Alanna has gained experience in orthopaedics and it has become a passion of hers.

Alanna uses an evidence-based treatment approach, including education, manual therapy and exercise. She believes in collaborating closely with her patients to develop an engaging rehabilitation program that will help her patients achieve their goals. Alanna plans to continue to expand her knowledge and skills by taking courses in manual therapy, acupuncture and concussion management.

Alanna was born and raised in Bradford. While growing up, she participated in competitive gymnastics, dance and volleyball. Outside of work, Alanna enjoys exercising whether it’s in a gym, at home or outdoors.
