Giacomo Fabrizio

Giacomo graduated from McMaster University’s Masters of Science in Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology programs. Giacomo provides manual therapy treatments for both orthopaedic and neuro related impairments. Giacomo’s extensive experience treating neurological injuries including Acquired Brain Injuries (ABIs) at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute serves a valuable need in private practice. Giacomo has used this experience and knowledge to develop and implement our current Concussion Management Program. His postgraduate education has included acupuncture certification with the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada and training through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s orthopaedic division for manual therapy. Giacomo has also achieved certification as a Vestibular Rehabilitation therapist and continues his studies in neuro rehabilitation and current practices in mTBIs, concussions, and orthopaedic trauma guidelines. Giacomo remains active in his community as a baseball coach and lecturer to a variety of sports organizations, community groups, and local family physicians. He’s also an avid outdoorsman and experimental chef.
